1) Parties & Acceptance

By booking a session, purchasing a programme, using our Home Experience Kit, or participating in a corporate workshop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you book on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2) Services

We provide non-medical, non-therapeutic dynamic neurofeedback services designed to support well-being, mental clarity, emotional regulation, and cognitive performance. Our current portfolio includes:

• Individuals: Discovery Session, Reset Session, Flow Programme (8–12 sessions), Home Experience Kit (Simple/Guided), Gift & Care Packs.
• Corporate: Discovery Workshop (½ day, up to 8 participants), Corporate Focus Programme (½ day up to 8; 4-week performance cycles).

Non-medical statement: Services are not a medical diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

3) Eligibility

Services are intended for individuals aged 18+. Any exception requires verified parental/guardian consent.

4) Booking & Scheduling

• Bookings are confirmed upon payment and/or written confirmation email.
• We may reasonably reschedule for operational or safety reasons (we will notify you as soon as possible).
• Arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce session duration to respect following appointments.

5) Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise and may include applicable taxes/fees. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Card data are processed by certified payment providers; NEUROVIA does not store full card details.

6) Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and inform us of any comfort or accessibility needs.
• Follow facilitator guidance during sessions and use equipment as instructed.
• For Home Kits, ensure reasonable care, safe storage, and timely return in good condition.

7) Home Experience Kit (Equipment)

• Unless explicitly sold, equipment title remains with NEUROVIA.
• You are responsible for loss, theft, or damage from delivery until return; a deposit and/or replacement fee may apply (insert amounts).
• Return window: [insert number] days from receipt unless extended in writing.

8) Corporate Programmes & Reporting

• Employer may provide participant names/emails solely for scheduling and access.
• Impact reporting is aggregated and anonymised; no individual performance monitoring unless a separate lawful basis and written agreement apply.
• Materials are licensed for internal use by the client’s participants; no recording or redistribution without our written consent.

9) Cancellations, Rescheduling, No-Shows & Refunds

10) Intellectual Property

All content, brand assets, protocols, workshop materials, audio/visual media, and documentation are the property of NEUROVIA or its licensors. No licence is granted except a personal, non-commercial, revocable licence to use any materials provided to you for your own participation, unless a separate written licence is agreed.

11) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• No warranties: To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• Exclusions: We exclude indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, to the fullest extent permitted.
• Cap: Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 6 months preceding the event.
• Non-excludable: Nothing limits liability where unlawful to do so (e.g., wilful misconduct).

12) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, utility or network failures, public health restrictions, strikes, or government action).

13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
